Cottages available Labor Day Weekend Starting on Saturday for 3 nights 9/1 - 9/4 for $540 Lakeside and $645 Lakefront for the weekend.
Duplex Cottages 23 & 24 available November through April for $140 per night.
Rates plus 11% sales tax except weekly Cottage rentals.
Children under 18 stay free in room with parents.
Motel Units rent with a 3 night minimum except off-season
Motel Efficiencies rent weekly (Saturday - Saturday) mid-July thru late Aug., otherwise 3 night minimum stay, except off-season
Cottages rent weekly (Saturday - Saturday) except off-season (2 night minimum stay.)
Minimum stay requirement varies during holiday weekends and special events.
Cottages are housekeeping with bed linens included. Cottage guests supply towels, face cloths, toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies, and garbage bags. No maid service in Cottages.
Motels and Motel Efficiencies include bed and bath linens and daily towel service - no maid service.

OCCUPANCY
Cottages rented to members of one family only. Maximum occupancy 6 people (up to four adults plus children) in 2 bedroom units and maximum occupancy of 4 people (up to 2 adults plus children) in motels and motel efficiencies. No group rentals (rentals to one party for more than 2 units) and all rentals are family rentals (couples or families with children). No rentals to minors or those not fitting with a family resort. Blue Lagoon Resort, LLC reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
DEPOSITS
A $850 non-transferable deposit per week is required on in-season housekeeping rentals. All others require $550 per week or up to 50% of total for stays of less than 1 week . Deposits for reservations made by phone must be received within 7 days. Make deposits payable to Blue Lagoon Resort, LLC.
BALANCE
Your reservation is a commitment for the full period you request. Entire balance is to be paid in full on arrival. No personal checks accepted. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Traveler's Checks, Debit Cards and cash are accepted. Corporate or Business Credit Cards (Business name printed on card) are not accepted.
CANCELLATIONS
Deposits refunded if unit is re-rented for the period of your reservation. Notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. No refunds for early departure.
SUPPLIED
For housekeeping cottages and motel efficiencies, we supply dishes, kitchen utensils, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans. Motel units are supplied with a small refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. Cottages include bed linens, but guests must furnish own towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Motels and motel efficiencies include bed and bath linens and daily towel service - no maid service.
